Gone but not forgotten. Le Cafe Ile St. Louis in Paris Las Vegas.

Le Cafe Ile St. Louis – Paris Las Vegas was my favorite restaurant in Las Vegas. I dined there on almost every single trip to Fabulous Las Vegas. It was located in Paris Las Vegas and had an inside dining area and an open area right in the casino. I always preferred the opened area in the casino which was ideal for people watching.

The photos show the nice seating arrangements – both inside and casino side seating. Service was always excellent. Great spacing, excellent ambiance and just overall fantastic. No wonder this was my exclusive restaurant for many enjoyable years.
Fantastic menu and delicious red wine. Prices on the menu are irrelevant as I snapped that photo many years ago…. around 2014. I shudder to think of prices today.
Aww man!!! I used to love the bread! The dinner rolls were delicious. The butter was always perfect. I used to get full just eating the delicious bread. LOL!
I always ordered the Salade Niçoise! The seared tuna was always perfect. Yes, I miss this restaurant.

The restaurant closed back in 2019 / 2020 immediate before the coronavirus arrived at Stateside. Another eatery opened on site. But, since then I have steered away from fine dining in Las Vegas.

It was nice while it lasted. Sigh….
